Terms of Service
General Terms
▸ These Terms were last updated: 8th Feb 2024
▸Commissions are digital goods, nothing physical will be sent.
▸ All commissions must be submitted through the commission form.
▸ I, Nyakiiboo reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
▸ Once delivered, commissions cannot be resold through Nyakiiboo unless agreed upon by client.
▸ Work in progress can always be requested throughout the process.
▸ When linking a character reference ensure the characters details are clear.
▸As the artist I, Nyakiiboo reserve the right to use commissions to self promote. A non-disclosure agreement will incur an additional fee, this must be notified prior to any payments.
▸Prices are final and non-negotiable. If you attempt to negotiate I will decline your commission request.
Payment Guideline
▸All payments are made through a Paypal Invoice or Stripe Invoice in USD.
▸ Payment is 100% upfront unless agreed upon by artist and the client.
▸ I accept payment plans for payments over $150. With payment plans 50% is required upfront and the remainder 50% is due when sketches are approved.

Under commercial use the client is must to credit Nyakiiboo by username or any platform handle.Not under any circumstance does Nyakiiboo claim responsibility for copyright issues. The client guaratees ownership of licenses.The client does not reserve the right to redistribute, edit or resell commissions without an extended commercial license provided by Nyakiiboo.The client does not reserve the right to claim the commission as their own work, even If provided the extended commercial license by Nyakiiboo.If the client purchases any source files (.clip, psd, etc), they are only to modify not to repurpose or redistribute it unless provided a extended commercial license by Nyakiiboo.
Deadlines & Delivery
▸ All files will be delivered via email or your preferred social media. I highly recommend using email, as if you lose files you can find and download them easily.
▸ I will get to your commission once your slot in the queue is reached. Delays may incur by orders with deadlines, any delay affecting a commission the client will be notified.
▸Clients can request a deadline, an additional +50% fee will be applied. Deadline orders must be paid in full upfront. Changes to a deadline must be approved by both artist and client.
▸Clients can request a non-disclosure agreement for their commission. Process and final commission will be kept private, only shared with the client. An additional 50% fee will be applied. The client will sign a non-disclosure agreement via a PDF and sign electronically.
Refund Policy
If you are to commission Nyakiiboo, ensure you have the money to do so.▸ Clients are eligible for a refund if the commission is cancelled before the Nyakiiboo begins the commission.
▸Repeated cancelling will result in a blacklisting.
▸Refunds are no longer eligible If the commission is cancelled after the commission has started.
▸ If the deadline for the commission has passed without both the artist and client agreeing to a change of deadline prior, you are eligible for a refund.
▸Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If a client actions this, they will be blacklisted and Nyakiiboo will publicly warn other artists of this behaviour including your social media handles.
Privacy Statement
By commissioning me you agree to these statements and will withhold them.▸Both Nyakiiboo and the client are not to disclose, use or make available to any third party the others Confidential Information.Both parties must hold this Confidential Information securely. Exceptions are:a. The other party has written permission with conditions involved orb. If it is required to disclose according to the requirements of any law, legislative or judicial body▸These conditions will remain amongst cancellation or any other agreement.
Commission Process
🌿Inquiry
▸Go to my services and choose a service you would to commission then go to my order form, copy and fill out the form and send it via Twitter/X, Discord or Email.▸ Upon receiving the order form, I will review it to determine whether I am the right fit for your needs. I will get back to you within 1-5 days and inform you if I accept or decline your request.▸When I accept I will send you a proposal with pricing and estimated delivery time for you to accept.▸Once the proposal is accepted. I will get your Paypal email and send you an invoice. Once paid, you will be added to my To-Do List.

▸I will keep you informed on any updates or delays. All will be relayed through the To-Do List and direct messages.▸ I start sketching and creating a concept. Once that sketch concept is done, I will contact you for any revisions and approval to continue. Large revisions are made during this stage only, be sure to give feedback if you would like something revised.▸Once the sketch concept is approved, I will continue to line and/or render. I will send you updates of my process time to time. Only small revisions can still be done at this stage.▸Once your commission is finalised, I will contact you via your preferred social media to send the files. I highly recommend using email, as if you lose files you can download them again.
